247 – Jurist Pedro Serrano used his social networks this Tuesday (13) to comment on the demonstration called by Jair Bolsonaro on Avenida Paulista, on the last Sunday of February, and reinforces that the act does not erase signs of crimes committed by the extremist.
“Bolsonaro pays to see and calls for a demonstration in Paulista in person. If it really is peaceful there will be nothing illegal about it. But the fact is that there was a series of serious crimes, which involved an attempted coup and strong evidence is emerging of their involvement in the preparation and execution of the crime, the demonstration will not change this fact and the Justice system will have to investigate it and, if applicable, denounce him and condemn him after due process”, he explains. >>> Bolsonaro tries to intimidate the STF with a popularity test on Avenida Paulista
