“My heart kept pumping pure life,” said Residente after Picnic

The Puerto Rican artist Resident thanked the Costa Rican public with an emotional phrase after its presentation at the Picnic 2024 festival, which took place at the Pedregal Events Center this Saturday, February 10.

“My heart kept pumping pure life, it will always be an honor to share the same oxygen. Thank you Costa Rica!” wrote Residente.

René Pérez Joglar, the singer’s full name, came out on the Picnic stage at 9:20 pm, after the presentation of his compatriot Arcángel.

The interpreter of “Ron El Piso”, sang for an hour and the attendees chanted, danced and enjoyed each of their songs such as “Latinoamérica”, “Atrévetete” and “El Aguante”.

Comments like: “the artist who does not need publicity to fill stadiums“, “Thank you for so much!”, “My self as a child and my self today are happy to have been able to live this experience,” are just some of what they left for the artist in his publication.

The second date of the festival will take place this coming Saturday, February 17, in which Colombian reggaeton star J Balvin will perform; from Mexico, Alejandro Fernández, the “Potrillo”; Puerto Rican artist Myke Towers, Argentine band, Los Auténticos decadentes, and Spanish artist, Rels B, known for his witty lyrics and laid-back style.
