The activities of four airports in Mexico are suspended due to the presence of fog

Early this Friday, takeoffs and landings at the international airports of Mexico City (AICM) and Felipe Ángeles (AIFA), as well as those of the cities of Guadalajara and Querétaro, were suspended due to low levels of visibility due to the presence of fog banks, as reported by the Secretariat of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT).

Given this situation, the air terminals of León, Acapulco and Toluca were designated as alternate airports while visibility improved. Around 9:40 in the morning, all air terminals resumed operations.
