Tzuyang, accused VS Prosecution, Karakula arrest warrant request ‘Great chaos’ [X’s Issue]

There are ongoing controversies surrounding YouTuber Tzuyang. 

On the 30th, Ansan Sangnok Police Station in Gyeonggi Province announced that it had received a complaint from citizen A requesting an investigation into Tzuyang and his legal representative, attorney Kim Tae-yeon of Taeyeon Law Firm, on charges of false accusation.

It has been reported that the complaint contains claims that some false information was included in the process of Tzuyang’s recent broadcasts explaining his intention to sue cyber wrecker YouTubers.

Previously, on the 18th, person A also submitted a complaint to Ansan Sangnok Police Station requesting punishment of two cyber wrecker YouTubers, Karakula (Lee Se-wook) and Guje-yeok (Lee Jun-hee). Considering the defendants’ residences, this case was recently transferred to a police station in Seoul for investigation.

The police plan to conduct an investigation of the accused in the near future and consider whether to transfer the case to another police station like the previous case. 

On the 10th, controversy arose when it was claimed that Tzuyang had been blackmailed and extorted money by YouTubers such as Foot-and-Mouth Disease using her past as an excuse. Afterwards, Tzuyang filed a complaint with the prosecution against Foot-and-Mouth Disease, the fake food investigator, the crime lab operator, and the anonymous blackmailer, and Attorney Choi also filed a complaint on charges of blackmail and leaking business secrets.

Here, on the 30th, the 5th Criminal Division of the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office requested a pre-arrest warrant for Lawyer A and Karakula on charges of blackmail, aiding and abetting blackmail, and coercion. 

Karakula is accused of aiding and abetting blackmail by Gu-Jeok Tzuyang and blackmail by internet broadcaster BJ Suit.

In addition to the blackmail charge against Tzuyang, Lawyer A is also accused of aiding and abetting blackmail by YouTuber Gu-Jeok Tzuyang, who was arrested on the 26th, and coercion by B, Tzuyang’s ex-boyfriend and former CEO of her agency. The

Tzuyang incident is spreading like wildfire as Tzuyang has come forward to threaten to sue the YouTubers who blackmailed and threatened her. In addition, with Garosero Research Institute once again raising various suspicions against Tzuyang, it seems that this controversy will not die down easily.
